These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of King County, Washington. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of King County, Washington. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms.
